The Chinese firm Geely Holding said its premium electric mobility brand, Zeekr, will make electric vehicles for Waymo Alphabet Inc’s self-driving unit that will be used in fully autonomous taxi-hailing cars all over all of the United States.
The cars will be developed and developed by Zeekr’s company in Sweden and then later joined with Waymo’s autonomous technologies, Geely said on Tuesday.
Waymo announced that it will bring the vehicles on U.S. roads “in the coming years.”
